Prep Cook

Full or part-time

Sets the kitchen up for success every morning.

Works independently before service — washing, cutting and portioning everything on the menu.

The 4 AM start time is a firm, non-negotiable requirement. Reliable transportation required.
What you will do
  • Wash, chop and portion to recipe
  • Make sauces, dressings and marinades
  • Label, date and rotate FIFO
  • Support the line during peaks
What we are looking for
  • Basic cooking and food-safety knowledge
  • Works well with minimal supervision
  • 4 AM start — firm; reliable transportation
  • Lift 50 lbs; background check

Posted wages include tip pooling.
