Seat guests while balancing sections
Run the waitlist software
Clear, sanitize and reset tables fast
Hourly high-touch sanitation rounds

Comfortable with seating software — tech-friendly role
Friendly, positive service instincts
Early mornings and weekends
Lift 50 lbs; background check
